1. Change in Diet.

One study on gallbladder disease suggests that one should avoid food which triggers gallbladder disease, such as eggs, pork, onion, fowl, coffee, corn, beans, nuts, tomatoes. 

Also reduce the refined carbohydrate such as sugar, white flour. Also avoid artificial sweeteners, poultry products, red meats, ice cream and any refined foods which trigger gallstone.
