Take 1 liter of lukewarm water, take a cup. Pour this water in a cup and drink it. Rest for 2~3 minutes. Now start walking here-there or walk on stairs up-down for continuously 15 minutes (as i said walking means simple normal walk, not a running type walk, i had done this in my room, you can do this room or in an outside place).

After walking 15 minutes sit-down, take proper rest for about 1~2 minutes. Now pour lukewarm water in a cup & drink it and rest for 2~3 minutes. Again start walking for 15 minutes

Do this activity for minimum 30 minutes or maximum 1 hour, it depends on person to person.

You can modify the timing based on your own experience, you can modify walking time also resting time depending upon your own need. You can also change the quantity of water as some people can drink 500ml or some 1 liter as per your physics.
