1) Rock Sugar (Mishri) and Cuscus.

Take Rock Sugar (Mishri) 1 spoon and cuscus (poppy seeds or khas khas) 1 spoon. Crush rock sugar and make powder of it, mix in cuscus (poppy seeds or khas khas) powder. 

Eat this mixture by chewing properly 5 times a day. Do it for 3 days continuously, within 3 days your back pain will go away. 

2) Black Kharik.

Take black kharik powder about 2 spoons. Take 1 cup milk and pour it into a cooking vessel. Now add black kharik powder in milk and start heating and cook it. Add little sugar for taste. If required, you can add 1 spoon ghee (when milk becomes warm), as ghee improves digestive power.

When black kharik powder and milk mixture is cooked properly, drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. Then don't eat or drink for 1 hour.

Do it 15 days continuously, this solves the back pain problem completely. You can do it 2-3 months for long term benefits to live a back pain free life. 

3) Gond laddu.

Gond (Edible Gum) laddu a.k.a Dink ladu in marathi. Gond (Edible Gum) is found on babool trees. Make gond laddu and eat it to cure back pain. Eating gond laddu once a week also prevents back pain problems.

4) Roasted Black Chickpeas.

Eating half cup Futane (Roasted black chickpeas or bhuna chana) daily will solve back pain problems as well as it also solves knee pain, women's period related problems and home remedy for period back pain of female. So eat some Futane as a snack daily.

5) Dry ginger, Turmeric and Fenugreek seeds.

Take Dry ginger powder, Turmeric powder and Fenugreek seeds powder all in equal proportion about 100g each. Mix all together and add in lukewarm water. 

In the morning an empty stomach drinks this mixture, this will relieve back pain. Also this remedy is useful to relieve knee pain, arthritis.

6) Gond (Edible Gum) and milk.

Take gond (Edible Gum) about half a cup. Take ghee in a vessel and fry gond in ghee by heating. After frying, the gond becomes very light in weight. Take it out in a cup then allow it to cool naturally. 

Then Make powder of the fried gond by crushing it. Now add gond power in milk, mix well and drink it, you can add a little sugar for taste. 

So eating this gond and milk recipe will be beneficial to solve back pain and other bone related problems.

7) Butter.

Take Butter about 1-2 spoon and add equal quantity of sugar or Mishri powder. Eat it anytime, once in a day. This is an excellent remedy for lower backache, wrist pain and also reduces excess body heat.

8) Wheat, cuscus (poppy seeds or khas khas) and coriander powder.

At night take about 60grams of wheat. Dip in water to soak overnight. Next morning add 2 spoon coriander powder in that water. Add 2 spoons of cuscus (poppy seeds) and mix all together. 

Now take about 250ml of milk and pour it into a vessel and add this mixture to it. Boil the milk mixture for about 20 minutes. After 20 minute stop heating and take out the mixture and keep it for natural cooling to normal temperature.

When mixture temperature becomes normal, then eat it. This will help to relieve pain and also strengthen your digestion. 

9) Coconut oil and garlic cloves.

Take a vessel and add coconut oil about 60ml to it, add 8-10 garlic cloves also. Now start heating and fry the garlic cloves till it becomes brown. 

Stop heating and pour oil into the vessel for natural cooling up to lukewarm. When oil becomes lukewarm, apply it for pain spots, it will instantly heal back pain as garlic is known for its pain relieving property.

10) Basil Leaves.

Take 1 cup of water in a vessel and add 8-10 fresh basil leaves. Now start boiling water until it becomes half. After that stop heating and take out water and filter water by clean cloth in a cup.

Now keep water as it is for natural cooling to normal temperature. When it cooled, add a pinch of salt and stir a little bit and drink it. Drink this mixture 1 or 2 times in a day or as per your pain intensity.

11) Ginger and honey.

Take 4 cup water in a vessel and add 2 spoons of freshly grated ginger. Boil the water until it becomes half. After that filter the heated water by using clean cloth and pour in the cup. 

Add 1 spoon of honey to water and mix well. Then all it cools naturally to normal temperature. After that drink it. Drink it 2 times a day.
