Psoriasis is an inflammatory disease characterized by thick scaly silvery rough skin full of red patches. The patches usually appear on the torso, knees and elbows. 

These pink or red patches of the skin could be dry itchy and thick raised with silver flaky scales. Other symptoms of psoriasis include joint pain, lesions in the genital area in case of men, discoloration of nails and excessive scalp dandruff.

1. Bael Tree Leaves.

Take bael tree's leaves in sufficient quantity. Wash with salt water to remove all dust and dirt. Remove stalk / stem of leaves. Now grind the leaves as per your own method in order to draw juice from it about 4-5 spoons and filter this juice by using clean cloth.

Drink 4-5 spoon juice in the morning empty stomach then drink a little lukewarm water about one little cup. Then don't eat or drink anything for 1 hour. After 1 hour you can eat your breakfast.

Doing this continuously for 15 days will definitely help to cure your psoriasis problem and this remedy also helps to reduce excess body heat.

2. Neem Tree leaves and Tulsi leaves

Take Neem tree leaves and tulsi leaves in sufficient quantities to apply on your psoriasis spot. First wash all leaves using salt water then remove stalk / stem of all leaves. Now grind leaves and make paste of it (You can add pure coconut oil in that for more benefits).

Apply this leaves paste on psoriasis spots and sit under sunlight (mostly preferred 6 am to 9 am sunlight). This will help to heal your psoriasis spot and also this remedy useful to reduce itching of skin caused due to psoriasis.

3. Amla (Indian Gooseberry) powder.

Take amla powder required quantity and mix in water. Sir well and boil this mixture properly. Then allow it to cool naturally. When the mixture comes to normal temperature wash your psoriasis spot by using this amla water mixture.

4. Tulsi Leaves juice and Honey.

Take tulsi leaves juices in sufficient quantity. Remove stalk/stem of leaves and wash with salt water. Now Grind the tulsi leaves and make juice from it. Add honey (preferably pure raw honey) in tulsi leaves juice. Mix well and apply this on the psoriasis spot. This will help to relief from psoriasis.

5. Aloe-vera.

Aloe vera is such a great natural medicine on earth which has the capacity to heal mostly all the skin diseases. Cut a piece of aloe vera leaf and peel its one horizontal side and both corners to get gel.

Precaution should be taken while curing psoriasis.

1) Diet for psoriasis person. 

Fruit filled diet for a week which contains cleansing juices is recommended as of one week diet management or fruits and juices as the meal that is 4 times in a day would be recommended and make sure that you continue this for 7 days. 

Few juices that can be added to your diet, mostly Carrot and Beet juice is the best drink for psoriasis. First take half carrot, half beet and 1 glass of water. Boil these all and blend them, make juice of it. Don't strain it to keep the fibers intact. Drink it two times in a day or max 3 times. But do it continuously for 7 days or more.

Also you can drink cucumber juice for that, just simply take 1 cucumber and blend it in 1 glass of water and drink it.

These juices really help to reduce the inflammatory condition of your body and will help you in reduction of psoriasis condition drastically and the vitamins and minerals in these juices will minimize your patches. Except citrus fruits, you can use all the other fruits in our diet. The juices of citrus fruits should be avoided. 

While consuming lots of juice some food you should adopt are seeds, nuts, grains, vegetables and fruits. Also some seeds should be included are sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. Most Importantly a person should eat plenty of fresh grown vegetables preferably organic vegetables with sufficient amount of food.
